BAM! It's Compassionate Cooking Sundays!

Ingredients
1 cup soaked unsalted cashews
6-7 pitted dates (We like Natural Delights)
1 cup almond milk or plant-based milk of your choice
1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon (We like True Organic)
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg (We like Simply Organic)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions
Soak the cashews for about 1 1/2 hours in hot water
Soak the pitted dates with the cashews
Blend all the ingredients in a Nutra-bullet or Ninja and refrigerate for a few hours
Special Notes
I go a little heavy on the Ceylon cinnamon
