Vegan Chocolate Malt Balls

Ingredients
1 cup of vegan White Chocolate
1/4 cup vegan Rice Crispies Cereal (not all cereal you think is vegan is, make sure to check the ingredients)
(4) teaspoons of barleycup powder
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of vegan dark chocolate
Instructions
First, melt the white chocolate. You can carefully do this in the microwave, but very slowly, or use a glass bowl over simmering hot water.
In a large bowl, smash the Rice Crispies
Mix the Rice Crispies, Barleycup powder, and powdered sugar together.
Pour in the melted chocolate, then stir with a wooden spoon until it's completely mixed.
Roll the mix into small balls, then put aside.
Melt the chocolate (same way as above), then using tongs dip the malt balls into the melted chocolate and then transfer to a baking sheet to set.
Leave to set at room temperature, then store in the fridge.
