Taco Salad Recipe

BAM! It's Compassionate Cooking Sundays!

Ingredients
Tortilla chips, broken up into small pieces
Shredded lettuce
Can of vegan refried beans, heated (or cooked meat substitute), mixed with some taco seasoning
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped onion
Black olives
Avocado or guacamole
Vegan shredded cheese
Taco sauce
Plant-based ranch dressing, or vegan sour cream
Instructions
Place tortilla chips in the bottom of a large bowl.
Add lettuce, beans (or meat substitute), tomatoes, onion, and olives.
Top with avocado (or guacamole), Taco sauce, ranch or sour cream, and cheese.
Mix thoroughly and enjoy!
