Help us keep the bigs warm this winter.
During the coldest months of the year, we use straw to deeply bed the Phoenix Barn and create warm, cozy sleeping areas for our larger residents. We go through a lot of it!
At the beginning of winter, we stock the barn with hundreds of bales but keeping a whole herd comfortable through months of freezing Catskills weather means that supply disappears quickly.
Your donation helps us purchase one bale of straw for the sanctuary.
Every bale becomes part of a thick, insulating bed where the pigs can burrow in, build nests and stay warm when temperatures drop.
Donate one bale, a few bales or help us restock the barn, every contribution helps keep our residents warm and comfortable.
Thank you for helping us care for them through the winter.
Peace, Love & Pigs!
This is a donation item. You will not receive a bale of straw in the mail. Your contribution will be used toward the purchase of straw for the sanctuary. If donations exceed our current straw needs, additional funds will support the care of our residents.
